The company NEW KHATAU TEXTILE PRINTERY was incorporated in 1960’s by legendary person Late Shri Liladhar Ranchoddas Ashara in JETPUR, Gujarat, India.

The company was involved in manufacturing Maharashtrian traditional sarees. By changing traditions and upcoming demands for exported fabrics, company started manufacturing products like Khanga & Kitanga. But in late 90’s, company diverted its product manufacturing to Cotton Printed Sarees 5.50 metres & now it also manufactures Salwar Kameez.
